Open the workbook every time before you start a Breathwork session and journal before and after. 

Recommended order: the huntress, the witch, the lover, the queen

 

allow yourself 1-2 or 4 weeks per archtype, depending on your pace.

 

*note that the connection with the moon is optional, you could do everything independent of the moon and in your own pace.
